Role Overview/ Job Purpose (Basic Information related to the role – A Brief in 2-3 lines) • Drive OPDC sales team in the designated zone/region to achieve OP business revenue & Unit Plans in accordance to the business plans deployed for the Zone. • Meet existing and prospective customers to enhance KM brand & work towards improving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder) • To identify and assign the accounts to Sales Team/Account Managers • To develop and engage with high Potential Enterprise customers and maintain overall relationship. • To assign the annual/quarterly /monthly revenue and units target to team members. • To have regular review of each sales/account manager for the quality and quantity of the funnel created and order closing. • To ensure sufficient funnel is managed by the sales team to meet revenue /unit target month on month. • To ensure smooth flow of order execution from branch to HO and meet customer expectation on deliveries. • To promote KM products and solutions to all KM potential customers. • To understand and manage the sales team efficiently for consistency, employee satisfaction and longer retention. • To manage and minimize conflicts within team, cross functional staff for delivering better results and good working environment. • To help sales team to deliver result as per company objective, not compromising policies. • To achieve optimum realization of prices, ensuring company margin levels are protected. • To encourage the sales team to promote after sales contract to ensure post –sales business. • To have transparent sales deals to avoid future dis-satisfaction from clients. • To have good direct relationship with customers to resolve any issues, satisfied customers for repeat business. • To ensure usage of CRM tools to capture customer Data and funnel management.
