• Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers. • Installations of new machines and giving demos to the customer. • Maintaining requires site kit decrease downtime of machine. • Providing Key Operator Training to users. • Taking Care of Service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. • Insuring the maximum output in most economical way and make sure the installation within the committed time frame. • Service revenue growth via Volume growth initiative and inventory Management. Preferably from Production Printer background and related industry.
