• Support Pre-sales operations like demo, Roadshow and Site inspection. • Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and HW. • Maintaining requires site kit to reduce downtime of machine. • Providing Key Operator Training to users. • Taking Care of Service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. • Insuring the maximum output in most economical way and make sure the installation within the committed time frame. • Service revenue growth via Volume growth initiative and inventory Management. • Should be ready to work in 24x7 environment as per business needs. • Should be ready to travel extensively to support customers.
