Physical and electronic documents (pdf, jpg, doc, xls, etc.) are automatically captured from multiple channels such as Input Folder (Local/Network/FTP), MFP, Workstation, Email, Dropbox, Dis-patcher, Phoenix Mobile, LPR print queues and Google Cloud Printers.
The captured documents are processed through in-bluit features such as Image Enhancement, Data Extraction (Barcode and OCR), Auto-Document Classification, Document Annotations and Formatting.
Processed documents are document meta-data are directly delivered into CMIS complaint ECM repositories, business applications, email, and local and network folders.
