This Corporate Social Responsibility Policy has been framed for Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Section 135 to be read with Rule 2(f) of the Companies (Corporate Social. Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, and with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and related other provision (s) and amendment (š) thereof as may be issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time.

CSR programmes at Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. reflect our pursuit of building a resilient and sustainable society. Our CSR interventions focus on overall development of indigent sections of society by emphasizing on Food & Nutrition, Health & Hygiene, Education, Skill Development and Livelihood support.
