Role Overview/ Job Purpose (Basic Information related to the role – A Brief in 2-3 lines) The key purpose of this role would be to promote and achieve Video Surveillance and Analytics business in the assigned territory by engaging with end-users / end-customers, system integrators and internal stakeholders. This role would also coordinate project execution support and delivery with assigned system integrators for a high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder) • Create business plans and annual budget for Mobotix & other allied products in South Region • Provide high level support to existing customers by providing application and product related information through daily activities and proactive customer interactions. • Increase customer coverage in South region, concentrating on developing new areas of opportunities. • Demonstrate technical, marketing & sales skills and product knowledge. • Develop annual sales & marketing plan with focus on meeting the organizational objectives. • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing customers and non-customers. • Monitor competitor’s activities and devise effective counter measure.
