• Negotiate and finalize various Infrastructure and Service-related Agreements with reliable sources and contractors for execution as per the prescribed budget. • Contracts and keeps amicable relations with related outside organizations, such as governmental agencies and local communities. • Takes preventive measures to protect office personnel and facilities against any possible danger or peril. Upon discovery of safety/health violation or environmental management problem in connection with facility management. • Ensures the implementation of visitor control measures and the issuance of ID cards, Safety briefings and have complete control mechanism in place well in advance. • Conducts administrative management of vendor representatives. Conducts periodic reviews of vendors and share developmental plan in line with KM business requirements. • Ensure effective relationship building and various vendors and ensure timely work execution and tracking of cost on monthly and quarterly basis. • To oversee all admin related work in including new office launch, projects and new initiatives or change management in the organization. • To establish a collaborative working environment and connect with western region people from HR and Admin standpoint. • Bridge a strong connection between corporate office and branch offices for smooth functioning of branch operation and excellent employee grievance management. • Build a performance driven culture. Align people and do an advocacy to imbibe the organizational core values. • To collaborate and build relationship to get the things executed across HR Team, Corporate teams and Business teams • Partner with cross functional team and leadership team in various projects • Coordinate , Drive and support various HR led initiatives across western region – PMS, Engagement Activities, Training programs etc.Interested?
